PLC control the un-coiler, shear, roll forming, servo moving cut, stacker, human-computer interface control, one worder can operate the all line and input sets of date, automatic produce, equip remote, safe light curtain with the CE certificate. All the dimensions are processed by machining center, high precision.

WIDTH ADJUSTING

The difference sizes are changed by quick change cassette. To produce different sizes just need to change the cassettes and the cutter, that’s ok.

FORMING CRAFT

The forming craft is designed by trained and experienced professional technician, with Germany import COPRA software design, verify and FEA analysis.

FORMING ROLLER

The forming roller adopts combinatorial structure, speed difference and roll forming resistance is small, can make sure the precision and stability.

ROLLER SHAFT

The roller shaft adopts well carbon steel and tempering and hardening process to make sure profile precision, CNC precision machining processing.
